Best Anti-Aging Skin Care Products

This is the 4th or 5th time I've tried to upload, 3rd time trying to film...I just came across this article online from Good Housekeeping ...

What is the best skin care product on the market?

My skin seems to be acting up a little bit due to the weather. I have fairly normal skin, not excessively oily or dry. What's the best product to keep away blemishes? I wash my face everyday in the shower with Wet and Wild skin care, but that's obviously not working. Thanks!

if you want something form a drugstore buy clean and clear continuous control cleanser with the clean and clear advantage oil-free moisturizer. another thing you can do is go with all natural cleansers. try zyporex, its all natural and just for acne. it gives you a really clean feeling. natural can be the best thing because it doesnt contain harsh chemicals that can irritate your face rather than help.

What i use is called PCA Skin...it is the BEST!! You have to get it through a cosmetologist or a dermatologist though...but within a month my face was completely clear...i had tried so many things like pro-activ, clean and clear, neutrogena and nothing worked...this stuff is spectacular...i actually get compliments on my skin now...

aveeno skin relief mosturizing lotion its new its really good u wotn find anything bettter

Arbonne!!!

What is the best skin care/anti-aging product that you have used?

Has anyone tried the skin care line from Dr. Perricone? Do the products work? How about other brand such as oil of olay? What has been the best skin care product that you have ever used?

Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Face Cleansing Pads = all time favorite product.

I am a big fan of Lancome products, Lancome Renergie in particular, they are all anti wrinkle.

Arbonne NutriMinC Re Anti-Aging system. I have been using it for 5 years. It has helped with discoloration, aging lines, acne and toning of my skin.
https://www.arbonne.com/products/anti-aging/nutriminc/
Botanically based, vegan certified, no mineral oil. Can be purchased at 35% discount and has 45 day guarantee.
I could provide free samples if interested.

A lot of anti-aging products out there have a high price tag, but lack the results they claim to justify their price. I personally have been using Arbonne's Nutrimin C RE9. I have clients who have chosen Arbonne over Dr. Perricone's.

What's the best skin care product brand for delicate skin ?

Whats' your favorite brand? I have been using acne treatment products for a while and finally get rid of that problem, now I want to invest in a good skin care products, moisture creams, clarify and anti-age kind of products, etc.
I have tryed Neutrogena before and some of their products are good but others irritate my skin, I'm thinking about getting some of Clinique, but not sure.
what are the best brands available, price not a problem, just want a real good quality products ?

Clinique and Murad are great for sensitive skin!!!!

clinique is great! and it doesnt irritate ur skin.

cetaphil is good for gentle cleansing and moisturizing.

I'd go with Clinique, they make an ultra-sensitive skin cleanser that is really nice, I think is called "Extremely Gentle Cleansing Cream". I've used some Avon products that have been nice on my skin also. The Anew products are nice. Also talk to a dermatoligist, they might have some prescription stuff that would be good for you too.

Neutrogena Healthy Skin Anti-Wrinkle with spf 15.
It really improves your skin.
I have sensitive skin as well and it doesn't irritate my skin.
But everybody's skin is different so if one product works for one person it may not for the next.
I think it's a trial and error when it comes to finding the right one for you.

what is the best skin care product you have used?

im looking for a good skin care product. i have a hard time finding anything that works well for me, because i have oily skin, so most stuff just dries out my skin and makes it worse. so yeah, any recommendations are helpful. thanks! =D
i've already tried proactive and found that it didn't help any more than stuff you can buy from the drug store for a wayy cheaper price.

Well, I cured my oily skin without any topical products. What actually worked for me was peppermint/spearmint tea. I read about it on acne.org, so I decided to try it. I got some Bigelow's Mint Medley tea at Meijer for $2.50, and I drink it twice a day. It tastes a little funky, but I got over that quick, because after about a week or two my skin wasn't oily anymore. And my skin was always drenching with oil and shiny enough to be used as a mirror, because of genetics, but this tea cured it completely which was amazing for me. I really suggest you try it, although any peppermint or spearmint tea should work just as well.

My own personal favorite skin care product, though, is Clean and Clear Persa-Gel 10. I have pretty stubborn moderate acne, but using this along with taking zinc and drinking apple cider vinegar (and spearmint/peppermint tea!) has really helped my skin.

I have the same problem as you. What I do is I clean my face with Neutrogena's Foaming Face Wash (blue container), and I moisturize with Aveeno (the SPF kind if I'm going out, but usually just the regular lotion).

Hope that helps.

proactiv, great balance to make your skin not to dry and not to oily. also lancome

i am using the wave.
it's not like proactiv that makes acne go away, but it's just a cleanser, and my skin in perfect now (i had oily)

Hi there^^

Biotherm!
And... Also... I'm from Korea, and they sell this really good skincare line called Laneige.... Check it out on google^^

I just use Vannicream. Its soap, but its pretty amazing.

I second the Laneige recommendation. As mentioned, its a Korean line, but its fantastic stuff and totally worth it. I was very glad to have found it in Chinatown.

I've also be very happy with Chanel's Hydromax for a moisturizer. Its expensive but it doesn't make me break out and even makes my pores look smaller.

i use baby wipes to clean my face. i buy the target brand the one with aloe and vitamin E. believe it or not it really does clean my makeup off and doesn't leave it dry.
after that i use loreal active daily moisture spf 15 ( it's for all skin types-CVS) you only need a lil bit to cover your whole face.
hope this helps:)

WATER. it cleared up my skin and made me feel great

What is the best skin care product to mattify oily skin?

I need the name of an excellent skin care product that will effectively eliminate shine for hours while not destroying my budget. Any recommendations?

mary kay's oil mattifier

you dont have to have the best to get yr skin tone right. this article has some great skincare and makeup tips that you can try

What is the best skin care product/regime?

I really want to take good care of my skin, but I don't know what product to belive it. There are OTC and then there are medical grade. Thanks for the help.
I am looking for care for the face/neck.

ARBONNE!!! It is really the best both me and my husband use the products and we love them. I never thought I would see my husband doing a skin are regime but I talked him into trying it and now he cant live without it. The products are not cheap but as I say you get what you pay for. They do last a long time and the bottles are all pre measured pumps so 1 pump is all you need. Here is a website you can go to and read about the products. If you don't see what you are looking for go to shoponline and there is a more detailed description.
http://www.sherrimiller.myarbonne.com
You can find before and after photos at the bottom of the products page.

Hope this helps!!!

I was asked to try the(arbonne) re9 regime for my face last fall. It's not cheap but amazing at making your skin glow and helping with sun spots, fine lines, and dark circles and bags. I (despite not wanting to be) am hooked. I also enjoy the shower scrub, serum and body cream - I think they fall in to high end - but turns out a few local MD and pediatricians endorse the products because they are pure/natural and adjust to many skin conditions.
I'd have to say I am hooked.

Whatever you use or advice you get make sure the products do not contain a trace of petroleum (mineral/baby oils)
as this is not good for you or your skin!

I highly recommend the Vital skin care line by Bee Luscious Cosmetics, you will love the results. I have been using these products for a little over 6 months now and I just love the transformation my skin has gotten, and the compliments for people even strangers on the street because my skin looks radiant. I use the full line plus the mineral mist to refresh my skin and the liquid foundation is flawless everything they have is 100% natural and just simply wonderful.... Good Luck check them out on line

What is the best skin care product?

I need help. Many people are so into proactiv, then there is neutragena. Now, i have tried most of them, and some of them result in dry, irratating skin. So my real question is, Which skin care product can clear my acne with strong stuff with out leading to skin irritations???

i've used proactiv, neutrogena, and everything else under the sun. i just started with a Mary Kay regime, and found it's been the best thing by far. their cleansers, refreshers, and acne gels work hard, without over-drying, peeling, or harsh chemical reactions. hunt down a Mary Kay rep, i promise you wont be disappointed!

I hear that RoC is good. It's made in France. I wanna try their night correxion cream. it's got retinol in it, and people say it stings when you apply it, but they say it firms and tones the skin. It's $25 for a bottle of it, and it will get rid of the large pores on my face, which look yukky. I guess if it's expensive, it'll work. There is stuff at Macy's and other stores that a whopping $125 for a bottle of it. I forgot the brand, but It's correxion cream, like RoC is. It better make my frickin breakfast for that kinda money! Geez louise!!

If you have dry skin you should avoid products that dry out the skin, they will make your acne worse.

Have you every considered trying Mary Kay?

You should try Nutrimetics range - the are often available for 50% off. There are a couple of products in the ultra care range that work the same way - the Facial Peel Creme contains glycoloc and salycilic acid which cleans the pores and prevent oil and dirt build ups, and the Anti Wrinkle Retinol serum contains pure vitamin A which rejuvenates your skin, stopping dead skin cells which block pores and cause zits - you will also find this greatly reduces scarring from previous outbreaks.

Hi there. I understand your problem, because i find i have the same issue. I heard there is a skin care product coming out soon that suppose to be really good, and contains natural ingredients. This product helps with ance, anti-ageing, dull swallow lifeless complexion. And its a kit that helps with these different skin condition/problem in one, sounds cool:) because i love to have perfect skin.

Sometimes you think that the best branded products on the market are alway going to be the best for your skin, but that sometimes isn't the case lol.

The product that suppose to coming out very soon blows some of the biggest skin care products away in ingredients. As you wouldn't believe the harmful ingredients that some big name skin care products contain that can cause skin irriation such as dryness, rashes, blemishes, block pores and pimples. I dont know about you but i dont want that, when i use a product i want RESULTS RESULTS RESULTS lol :)

Well...in the meantime i can give you this information that i found which was helpful for me. When i get more info on that new product coming out i will let you know, as i heard this from a friend who is a beauty therapist, and she does not recommend rubbish :)

Which Acne Products are the Best to Buy?

Acne is not a simple condition to treat. It is a skin disease that affects each individual that has it differently. Every case of serious acne has to be looked at as an individual case in order to be properly treated.
There is no catch-all treatment that can be used for every case. Furthermore, a lot of trial and error is usually needed in order to find an effective treatment individual by individual. There are many acne products that are mass-marketed as the best cure for acne.

It is very important to realize that products that are marketed towards acne sufferers and that can be bought off the shelf in the supermarket, do not cure acne. They manage, mask or suppress the symptoms of acne.

It is important to recognize this as well as to realize that acne is not a result of bad hygiene. If your acne is progressively getting worse do not think that it is enough to wash your skin often and to use an over the counter product. If your acne is getting worse, seek medical advice for stronger products that might only be available with a prescription.

Acne treatments vary from being off the shelf, over-the-counter creams, prescribed and surgical. Over the counter acne products are usually topical medicines that contain Benzoyl Peroxide or Salicylic Acid. These are usually used to treat mild cases of acne where an individual is attempting to halt the progression of acne and clear up some troublesome pimples. They can also be used during severe stages of acne in combination with another treatment.

Doctors usually recommend that the acne-infected area be washed very gently with warm water and a mild soap and then the topical treatment applied. When acne progresses to the moderate or severe stage, doctors and dermatologists will usually use a combination of treatments in order for maximum effectiveness in halting any further development of the skin disease.

Light therapy and extraction are often used at the moderate stage, in combination with an oral antibiotic or a retinoid cream, depending on the observations and recommendations of your doctor.Since acne is such a complex condition to properly treat, it is not advisable to attempt to self-medicate. If you try over the counter products and they do not work.

Do not give up thinking that you have an incurable case of acne. Seek further professional medical advice. A doctor or a dermatologist will try to stop your acne from getting out of hand and will make an aggressive attempt at using a combination of products to prevent the possibility of acne scarring. If you are serious about putting a halt to your acne, learn about the latest acne fighting products and how they can possibly work for your type of acne from your doctor.

Do not make off the shelf products the extent of your fight against acne. Be as aggressive about fighting acne as acne is about progressing step by step into a serious skin condition.

I know your struggle and I empathize. Acne is caused from imbalances and impurities within the body, not from Chocolate and french fries and the like. I found this product and recommended it to my 15 year old niece, she was pleased with it and it did help her out. I don't know how you feel about supplements but give this a try. Good luck!!

What is the best anti-aging skin care product for wrinkles?

I have tried many skin care lines and products. I am looking for ladies opinions for over 40 skin care to treat wrinkles, age spots and puffy under eyes.

try Ziaja PhytoAktiv creams. I currently use PhytoAktiv Eye Cream for Delicate Skin because I have puffy eyes. It works on me. The site says $17.99 but I got mine for only $3.

try Lancôme Absolue Absolute Replenishing Cream SPF 15. its a bit pricey but it works almost instantly and immediately you'll look younger with a better complexion, also it has SPF. Check out other anti aging products from the site below.

What's the best winter skin care product for women age 34-35?

I have used Chanel skin care products for 8 years. For years, it worked wonders. I still don't have any visible lines. And I don't want to get any lines. I heard from a friend of my mother's that I should change my skincare regimen every season or every year. I am wondering if there's any reputable brand (except for Dr. Brandt, Clarins and Clinique) that will help my skin shine, become luminous, and prevent wrinkles from appearing.

There's no reason to change your skincare regime if it's working. You may want to add or substitute products as the season's change to meet your skin's needs. I switch to a gel cleanser in the summer and add in a bit of extra moisture in the winter. If your skin is dry, I really love BioElements x10 Moisture Gel. You put in on under moisturizer and it gives an extra boost of moisture. When I use that and Jane Iredale Tinted Moisturizer in Peach (which corrects discoloration, I have rosecea), my skin looks amazing.
Depending on what Chanel products you are using you may want to use their moisturizing toner, the name of which escapes me even though I use it regularly. It's the pink one.

what is the best skin care product for oily skin w/out overdrying? Is ProActive ok??

I have oily skin but when I use "acne" products like Clean & Clear or Neutrogena, it makes my skin very dry & flaky (especially in winter!!) Do you know of a skin care product that will get rid of the oiliness but not leave it so dry? I have seen the ads for ProActive but it is rather pricey. If you tried this did it work for you?

NO! do not get proactive... it made my face worse! I use clinique and it is amazing! i love it!
