Pistons' Will Bynum made himself into NBA player Detroit Free Press
“Freeeziiing!” Bynum says, wincing and smiling at the same time. Bynum, a backup point guard, is back in the Pistons’ lineup after missing three games because of the right ankle he rolled in Philadelphia on Dec. 9.
That the injury came three weeks after he tweaked his left ankle during a West Coast trip wasn’t surprising: Bynum knowingly put his right ankle at risk by overcompensating for the injured one. That also speaks of his driven personality:
“Everybody’s been playing hurt,” Bynum says with a shrug. “So it means doing extra on my part.”
There’s much we are just learning about Bynum, the former Georgia Tech star from Chicago’s South Side whose career finally has taken flight four years after working out for every NBA team — including the Knicks twice, he said — before being bypassed by each one in the 2005 NBA draft.
Now in his second year with the Pistons, Bynum, who turns 27 on Jan. 4, said he embraces each day by trying to live
Inexpensive Hair Conditioning Treatment
From my site: www.lookgreat-loseweight-savem oney.com this video explains how to do an inexpensive deep hair conditioning treatment. Whether or not ...

conditioning treatment?
I just stripped some color out of my hair and recolored it (at school w/ professional products) and now it is so dry....does anyone have a suggestion for a really intense conditioning treatment that could help it get back to normal a little faster? Thanks!
You can check the reviews on different hair treatments in source 1. And you can follow the trick in source 2 to make your hair healthy again.
Mash one peeled and pitted avocado with 1 cup of olive oil and 2 egg yolks. Massage gently into scalp and hair. Cover with a shower cap or plastic wrap and let it work for at least 20 minutes.
Shampoo with a little moisturising shampoo and use a leave in conditioner.
Where can I find a really good home conditioning treatment for my hair?
HI- I've just had my hair coloured blonde and I was wondering where I can find a good conditioning treatment that will stop my hair from going dry and will also stop the colour fading. Thanks xx :)
If you want to buy some product, go with Matrix's Proto-Pak or Bedhead Chocolate Head. Use a good moisture-enhancing shampoo and conditioner like Bedhead Moisture Manic, Dumb Blonde, or Biolage Ultra-Hydrating Shampoo/Conditioning Balm. If you want a do-it-yourself treatment, apply olive oil throughout wet hair. Let it process under a hot wet towel for 15-30 minutes. Shampoo twice, but don't condition. It might feel a bit greasy, but after you blow-dry, your hair will be in great shape again. Also, if you had your blonde color bleached (lightened), it will not fade. If anything, it might look a little dingy (yellowish) after a few weeks. Try Matrix SoSilver, but be certain to work up a lather in your hands first as this purple shampoo can tend to stain. Do not use it every day, just every few weeks or as needed to get rid of any yellowish tones on platinum hair. Avoid this shampoo though if you aren't a mostly platinum blonde as it may weaken your lowlights. Ask your stylist just to be sure.
i mashed 1 large banana in a dish with a cup full of grape-seed oil and applied it to my hair i wrapped my hair in clingfilm left it for half an hour and washed rinsed washed again then conditioned with sunsilk for colour treated hair and left to dry naturally over night and it felt amazing the next day
hope Ive been a help it really does work.
I would recommend the Aussie 3 minute conditioner for coloured hair, also the shampoo, your hair colour won't fade and you will have soft, shiny hair that smells gorgeous.

What is the best leave-in conditioning treatment out there?
I have short hair. It is hard-to-grow and has been colored numerous times. It is in fairly decetnt shape, but is prone to split-ends and breakage. I am looking for a good leave-in conditioning treatment (preferably a creme) that conditions and nourishes. I would like one that yields faster hair growth if possible.
Redken Anti-Snap is a mazing, it makes your hair nice and soft.
Whats the best conditioning treatment for dry hair caused by thyroid problems?
I have been losing my hair for a year now and the condition of it is really bad, all due to being hypo. It is very dry and brittle so was wondering if anyone else who has the same problem has found a conditioning treatment that really works. Thanks in advance.
Try Philosophy's Sheer Splendor shampoo and conditioner. They also make a deep conditioner mask that is great too.
Philosphy products can be bought at Sephora, philosophy.com, QVC or Nordstrom's
What exactly happens during a deep conditioning treatment?
I might be getting a deep conditioning treatment tomorrow. I have frizzy, damaged hair so this would be good for it. I want to know EXACTLY what happens. Please describe in details! Thanks guys <3
Well it depends on where you plan on getting it conditioned. when i got my hair conditioned it transformed from being frizzy and dry to being super soft & shiny. What they do is they start out washing you're hair as usual and then they have this special conditioner from red ken. Then they put you under a dryer for a couple minutes depending on how bad your hair is.Then they just wash out the conditioner and if you want a cut they will cut you're hair. I hope this helps. ;P
PS wal-mart might be cheaper but their deep conditioning sucks.
Citroen air conditioning treatment - what is in it , how do I get rid of the smell?
Today a citroen garage regassed my air con on my picasso and spilt what I think is air conditioning treatment all over the dashboard and central console. The car stinks of chemicals, are these harmful to breathe in and how do I get rid of the smell. Citroen have been of little help.
The refrigerant inlet and outlet valves should be under the bonnet and are connected by airtight connections to a sealed machine which changes your refrigerant, therefore I would think that the smell is not refrigerent (ammonia smell), unless your heat exchanger is leaking (why did you need it regassing)?
If so take it back to the shop for diagnosis ASAP as at best you may damage your AC compressor and at worst you may be made quite ill by the fumes in such an enclosed space. Drive with your window down until you get there.
Often, corrosion pinholes in the pipework don't become apparent / leak, until the system is repressurised.
Can you give me the lowdown on using mayonnaise as a conditioning treatment?
I have heard mayonnaise is great as a conditioning treatment for the hair, but how do I actually do this?
Does it matter low fat/full fat? Do I use it on wet or dry hair? How long do I leave it on for? Do I just rinse it off or shampoo it off? Is it safe on coloured hair? Will people try to use my hair as a salad dressing afterwards?
1-cup mayonnaise
½ cup olive oil
3 egg yolks
Blend all ingredients together in a bowl. If possible use room temperature mayonnaise - if not, let mixture warm up to room temperature if you can wait. If you are in a rush and just can’t wait - microwave the mayo for 15 seconds - but be careful - if you nuke it too long it begins to separate. Apply thoroughly to your hair by adding extra at the ends. Pile on top of your head and cover with a plastic shower cap and then cover with a towel to keep in the heat from your head. Leave on for at least 15-20 minutes and then rinse out. Should make 1 to 2 hair treatments depending on the length of your hair. Also can be used on dry elbow and knees. Remember DO NOT shampoo afterwards, just rinse it really well. Do this on a day when you are not going to go out. Any oil that clings to your hair after you rinse it out will continue to condition your hair until the next time you shampoo it out. For best hair conditioning purposes, use immediately after making without refrigerating first. The reason is, the fats and oil will penetrate your hair follicles better if it is not cold. Tip to remember for all hair care: Warm/Hot opens the hair follicles so that conditioner can penetrate deeper. And cold water closes the hair follicles. So after you shower your hair, after you rinse every thing out, rinse again with a blast of very cold water. The coldest you can possibly stand. This cold-water blast will also make your hair super shiny
make sure you are not going out for that day that you do this and again NO YOU DON"T WASH OUT TILL THE NEXT DAY.that why i said make sure you don't go out on the day you do this
also it doesn't matter on the mayo.i use the fat mayo..
hope that helps
Just read some of the others comments - you DO have to shampoo it out otherwise your hair will be left like an oil slick xx
How long does the deep conditioning treatment take?
i've never gotten one before, and i dunno how they do it.
how long does the deep conditioning treatment at the salon take?
[[im leaving for a plane trip at 4, and im wondering what time to schedule my appointment on that day, or if i should just schedule it the day before i leave]]
I'm not sure it takes different amounts of time for different hair types, but I would book an appointment in the morning just to be on the safe side.
Has anyone ever had a scalp or conditioning treatment a salon?
In salons they have services like shampoo, eyebrow wax, scalp treatment, conditioning treatment, etc.. I was wondering what is done in a scalp treatment and conditioning treatment. Is it something that can duplicated at home?
I am looking for a deep conditioning treatment that actually WORKS?
I have very strange hair. The top layers are very dry and frizzy and the layers underneath are healthy normal hair. It is curly/wavy and very fine. What is a good deep conditioning treatment that would not be "greasy" and weigh my hair down? I bought Neutrogena Triple Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner but I feel it has made no change to my unruly locks. HELP!!!!
Olive oil works wonders. The Neutrogena line is suppose to work very well. How long have you been using it? Maybe you should do a pre-poo (pre shampoo). Basically you take some conditioner, honey, eggs, mayo, olive oil, etc. and leave it in your hair for an hour or so. Afterwards wash out with shampoo and then condition.
Coconut Cream Natural Relaxer Results/Review
I took my (crochet) braids out last night and tried out the coconut cream natural relaxer treatment. Here’s the recipe again:
Coconut cream
Extra virgin coconut oil
Non-fat plain yogurt
I mixed all 3 ingredients, in no set measurements, into a bowl (warm up your coconut oil some if it solidified), and applied it to my hair in sections from root to tip. Next, I put on a plastic conditioning cap and let sit for about 2 hours (Note. Feel free to use heat. I just didn’t feel like sitting under the dryer. Also, the min to let this sit is about 1 hr), rinsed, and continued on with my regular wash routine.
My conclusion on this treatment: I like it. It’s a great conditioning treatment and left my kinky-kurls feeling soft and moisturized. Yogurt has protein in it so it left my hair feeling strong but not dried out. It didn’t loosen my hair texture but I heard it might not do this on the first try so I will keep doing this treatment about once a month and observe. Overall, if not for the natural (TEMPORARY) loosening of your kurls, it’s a great conditioning treatment that strengthens and moisturizes. It’s inexpensive, easy to make and use and if you have any left overs, simply put plastic wrap over the top and stick in the freezer for future use.
What I will change with the next batch: use the following recipe...
2 TBSP Coconut oil
1.5 TBSP Coconut cream
8-12 oz yogurt
I think I didn't use enough yogurt in my mix and too much coconut oil and cream. Oh well, my hair still feels great. Maybe with more yogurt, it will actually loosen the curl some. So, I'll try it...
