Like a lot of men I find that some products far from sooth my skin actually irritate it due to all the chemicals used in the usual big brands, so I love the fact that these products are natural”.

deep cleaning facial?

Any tips on decreasing the pain before getting a professional deep cleansing facial? I've gotten them before and it hurts like hell when they extract the black pores from your nose and chin.

ibuprofen?

Will Neutorgena Deep Clean Facial Cleanser help with blackheads?

I don't get pimples - if any, it's super rare. But I do have blackheads on my nose and chin and I bought the regular Neutrogena Deep Clean Facial Cleanser and have been using it for 2 days now but my blackheads are still there. I was wondering if this particular product helps with getting rid of them or if I should simply be more patient and keep at it. Anyone have experience with it? Thanks :)

Do not use Neutrogena, Clean & Clear, or any of those ridiculous products that test on animals. They are CRUEL.

To get rid of blackheads, you deffinately should try out Mario Bedescu. He is a facialist to the stars (including Charlize Theron, Martha Stewart, and Jennifer Aniston.)

I love this stuff!

If you go in the acne section of any store they usually have strips that you moisten and put in the area where you have blackheads then you leave it on for a while then pull them off. I've used them before, but I never really had blackheads, I used it more for cleaning my pores but it might work.

Clean & Clear Blackhead Eraser Kit is very good. It gets down in the pores to get rid of blackheads.
Plus it exfoliates your skin to get rid of dirt & oil that causes blackheads. The Eraser Kit costs about $17.00

I also use C&C's Morning Burst scrub almost every day.

Sorry, I havent used Neutrogena's cleanser.

Biore works okay for some people if you want to try that.

neutrogena deep clean facial cleanser, normal to oily skin - is this cleanser 100% soap free?

On the pump bottle of neutrogena deep clean facial cleanser, it only mention that it is oil free and alcohol free but not any point whether it is soap free or not.

Short answer: yes, it is almost certainly soap free, and I'll explain why below, but you may still want to consider something more gentle.

Long answer: Well, here's the thing... true soap is a very specific substance, made of sodium (soda ash) or potassium (potash) salts, and its made by reacting fat with lye. Almost nothing is actually soap anymore, even things that call themselves "soaps." They are detergents, not real soaps.

So when you see something that says "soap free," that essentially just means it is free of fat reacted with lye. Most products are soap-free, even the ones that don't mention it.

What this means for you is that is it HIGHLY improbable that the Deep Clean Facial Cleanser contains soap. More likely, it is made up of detergents and thickeners like all other Neutrogena facial cleansers. What you need to worry about is how irritating the other ingredients are. There are two things you can do. You can look up all the ingredients on the label here: http://www.cosmeticscop.com/learn/dictionary.asp?TYPE=MAIN to see if any of the ingredients are irritants. Or you can switch to something like a Cetaphil cleanser, or if you really like Neutrogena, their Fresh Foaming Cleanser Soap-Free Cleanser for Combination Skin or One Step Gentle Cleanser, both of which are recommended by skin care experts (and I don't mean "experts" employed by the company!). Any of these cleansers are very gentle, which is what you want.

Yes. I hate using soap in my face and i use to have eczema which made it worst neutrogena is very very good gets down to pores and everything it's a reasonable price aswell.

does the Neutrogena Deep Clean Facial Cleanser really work?

i have lots of blackheads and zits. will this help me?

Yes, Neutrogena is a great brand. I would wash in the morning AND at night, and put a light coating of some type of acne cream on after each wash. Another Neutrogena variety would be great, since the ingredients would work together if you get the same brand. If you get dry, add a moisturizer BEFORE the acne cream, after the wash. Keep it up, because if you skip days, you'll break the routine and it won't work!

yes, neutrogena is a great brand.

I have tried it and it really didn't work for me .

What's the best facial cleaner that cleans deep down in pores for people with dry and sensitive skin?

I'm looking for I great facial cleaner that cleans deep down into the pores and for people with dry and sensitive skin? Can someone help me,I need something that's really gonna work without breaking me out BEST ANSWER 10 POINTS.

I have really dry and sensitive skin, too. I use Neutrogena Deep clean facial cleanser.

Avene has a great scrub and moisturizer. It is abosultely amazing NO LIE. i use it every night before bed!! it works like magic

If you have dry skin already, you don't want to use a strong cleanser that strips your skin of moisture. I have dry skin and acne and always used to use really strong stuff on my skin. But your best bet is to use a gentle moisturizing cleanser like Cetaphil's gentle cleanser. Using it along with moisturizing regularly has really helped to even out my skin.

Well I would use PROACTIVE! Its So gooooooooood! Its the only thing I have used that ACTUALLY WORKS! Trust me I have searched for a long time and FINALLY found it! GOOD LUCK! By the way this is Ashton is this Alexis Newman? If you are then add me as a friend!

Murad is really good.
The face wash totally works and the moisturizer really puts moisture back into your face. I have pretty dry skin too and i've been breaking out lately. But Murad fixed it all up. It's very very awesome.

I just joined Orovo as an associate because I wanted to use their Epuri facewash. I used Clinique 3 steps (facewash, toner, lotion) which was great. But when I used Epuri, my face was super super soft. My face also felt very clean, way more clean than proactive (which I will say helped clear up my acne!) The reason I love it is because it comes with a exfoliating scrub and my face is very sensitive,

The Ultimate Kit

* épuri Gentle Exfoliating Scrub
* épuri Purifying Foaming Cleanser
* épuri Auto Balancing Toner
* épuri Hydro Balancing Moisturizer
* épuri Multi Protection Moisturizer
* épuri Anti Age Serum

The Epuri Collection provides the best value on everyday skin care products. Used individually, these products represent the best protection. By combining these products into a kit, you not only get a great value but also products that nourish and revitalize your skin. You will see the difference within days of your first use.

Let me know if you're interested because it's way cheaper if you sign up as an associate through me. I signed up because I didn't want to pay full price from amazon or ebay!

i use neutrogena deep clean facial cleanser and i'm wondering do i use a moisturizer afterward?

My skin gets kind of irritated and it creates somewhat flakes on my skin. Plus idk if its actually working..what do i do? should i try neutrogena oil free acne wash with it 2 because i have mild acne as well

Yes, you should always use a moisturizer.....

Don't use both cleansers, stick to one. I would try the sensitive skin one if your skin gets too irritated, as it isn't supposed to do that.

As far as moisturizing...yes you should.

Sometimes when you irritate the skin your acne gets worse and I would say these washes are very irritating,so they may not be of any help to you.I've always found a mild pure soap like Ivory is drying enuf for mild acne or pimples.A really good pure soap which is less drying is the golden brown clear glycerin bar soaps.There are a few brands out there.
Use a bit of Witch Hazel on a cotton ball to further clean and refresh your skin and finish with a dollop of Aloe Vera Gel smoothed over your face.This contains no oil to clog pores and yet hydrates a bit .
An added benefit to this regime is that it is so cheap.

is neutrogena deep clean facial cleanser contain 1% or 2% Salicylic Acid?

does anybody know? the package and website list the ingredients but now the percentage of salicylic acid

they couldnt decide, so they put in 1.5% just to be fair to everyone.
