Where can I find a Health Spa treatment facility near Yambol, Bulgaria?

There doesn't seem to be any locally.

The Hotel Ropotamo SPA is in Starozagorski bani near Stara Zagora isn't too far. The Romans settled the area for the thermal springs.

These sites list a number of Spa Resorts, but none are very close to Yambol: http://www.visitbulgaria.net/en/pages/spa_and_wellness.html#

Where can I find a directory of health/wellness/spa retreats in California?

Somewhere that has a plan, but free time, nice accomdations, maybe spa services, meditation. I am not sure if I am ready to dive into a Buddist Retreat, but a place that has common values. I would like to know if you have any recommendations?

Bishop California has the best places to go if you just want to relax and have some down time. If you like snow go there in the winter and you can ski, snowboard. It's a beautiful place in the summer or the winter. This is coming from personal experiences.

What is the proper temperature for Health Spa and gym's work-out rooms?

I joined a health spa, but the excercise room is cold like 50-60 degrees. I can't lose weight, not sweating. Moreso the cold air closes my pores, and I stop sweating everytime I change machines. Does anyone know the proper temperature a room should be in a gym?

Most gyms keep the temperature low in an effort to avoid heat injuries. Believe it or not, sweat is not an indicator of fat loss, it is just your body's way of staying cool. You burn more calories in a colder environment as you body burns more calories in an attempt to keep your body warm.

The ideal temperature for exercising would be one that is cool and dry as opposed to hot and humid. I would guess that is between 65 and 75 deg.

I'm not sure, but, my gym is the opposite. If it's too hot out, I can barely get in a good workout w/o feeling like I'm going to pass out.

What is the PESTLE analysis for a health spa?

Im doing a marketing plan for a health spa and need to write about the pestle model for it but am unsure what the political, economic etc issues are with a health spa!!

Hi
you need to understand the people that use your facility

Political..
what if the law changes forcing all spas to be licensed?

Economic -
what type of people use spas? how are they being impacted in the current climate? are they more likely or less likely to spend their disposable income in a spa?

How come I never see fat women exercising at my health spa?

I just see skinny and average size people like myself.

cuz they lost weight

Because oddly, you have to be FIT to go to a gym, otherwise its just embarrassing.

because fat people don't like exercise.

I see a few at mine, about a third of the people there I'd say are overweight

I guess it depends on the area you're in, maybe the heavier people in your area don't have time, or may feel self conscious about going there, as it's sort of admitting that their weight is a problem (we all can identify as we all have problems in which we refuse to confront or admit they are problems) or they're at home looking for instant gratification

Why, does that bother you?
You'd probably just stare at them...
I see bigger women at my gym all the time. It's not a big(no pun intended) deal, really.

Because, unfortunately the gym has become more of a social place then an actual gym. Women can no longer just show up without make-up and jump on the elliptical, i guess they could if they wanted to but our society is so judgmental that they don't, in fear of other peoples perception of them. Its not that larger people are lazy they just don't want to be judged by all there peers when they are trying to better themselves.

it's very intimidating for a fat person to walk into a place where fit people are. How out of place for them!!!

Well, I can't seem to understand why your so worried about fat people working out. I guess with no fat people around, your the fat person. I think if people spend more time minding there own business they won't have time to sit and dwell on the who are not around. This was a dumb question. Why would the people not around bother you? Instead of sticking your nose places it doesn't belong, won't you work out and find yourself girlfriend! Or boyfriend.

Where can I find a health spa?

I want it in New York City................

Yellow Pages.
Ask your friends, or coworkers.
Actually in the city sounds expensive, though, try one of the other boroughs.

There's one on every corner.

try www.anywho.com and type in the business section. Make sure it says category and click search..it should show you the ones in that area

Look on yahoo

If you were offered a day's free pampering at a health spa but had to take a bear, what kind would you take?

I would take a polar bear, king of all bears.
A koala is a marsupial, not a bear.

Bear Grylls, make for interesting conversation!

Edit I didn't copy the above answer, was googling his name to spell it right and Chris got in first!

A grizzly bear

Oh sorry, a bear. Why would I take a bear to a health spa? lol

I suppose you're going to be pedantic and tell me a koala isn't a real bear.

Hmmm, I don't know how old you are but can I take the Hofmeister Bear with me?

what is the marketing mix for a health spa?

the 4 p's for a health spa ?

same as general marketing 4p's ---

Product - here product is the service you provide at health spa. Here your product is not tangible. You can't touch it. That's because the core product is the BENEFIT of the service that makes it valuable to the customer.

Price - How much the customers are paying for your health spa benefits. If your price is higher, the expectations will be higher, customers will want a higher quality service from you.

Promotion - Customers need to know what you are providing/how you are providing. You need to give them a reason to choose your service rather than someone else's. So how you are promoting your service to the customer? Branding? Special offers? Advertisement?

Place - Where is the service taking place? Also this could mean the ways of displaying your service to the customers. Is your service available when your customer is getting there? Does it have all the facilities needed to provide to your customer? Is it neat and clean?

Does anybody know how much it is for yearly membership to Clarice house health spa in Ipswich UK?

I have phoned them, they are sending out a brochure but i cant wait. does anybody know what its like there and what facilities are availible

What's the difference between a day spa and a health spa?

Health spa- very elaborate high-priced gym found in wealthy communities.
Day spa- where you go to get pampered NOT work out. You get your nails done, a massage, a pedicure, facials, steam room, given champagne...
Both are expensive.
