Nov. 15 (Bloomberg) -- European stocks declined as Italy’s premier in waiting Mario Monti struggled to get political parties to help form his new Cabinet and the country’s biggest defense company forecast an unexpected loss.
Finmeccanica SpA sank 20 percent, saying it will sell 1 billion euros ($1.4 billion) in assets after predicting a loss for this year. UniCredit SpA slid 4.5 percent as banks posted one of the worst performances of the 19 industry groups in the Stoxx Europe 600 Index. Cable & Wireless Worldwide Plc plunged 26 percent as the company suspended future dividend payments and named a new chief executive officer.
The benchmark Stoxx 600 fell 0.6 percent to 237.03 at the close of trading. The gauge has declined 19 percent from this year’s high on Feb. 17 as policy makers struggle to contain a debt crisis that has Greece on the edge of a default.
“There is still a lot of tail risk in Europe,” Peter Garnry, an equity strategist at Saxo Bank A/S, said in an interview with Bloomberg Television from Hellerup, Denmark. “We want to be in a more hedged position going forward. In Europe and Asia, we would definitely take the position of being neutral. We’ve shifted towards consumer staples and health care.”

How do I find a clean nail salon or spa in my area?
I am wondering what's the best way to search for a cleal nail salon or spa. I have just recently gotton over a fungal nail infection that i believe is the result of unsanitary practices(not cleaning the equiptment) in a salon. After taking the medication it takes about 6-8 months for a nail to grow. As you can imagine I want to take all possible steps to avoid this again.
To minimize the risk of another infection, You can check with the state board of cosmetology to see if there are any complaints against an establishment. You may also check with the Better Business Bureau. Often you can run these checks online. To insure you're safe, make sure your salon follows the following procedures and inspect everything prior to your service. Here are a few safe guards that can help you in the future. Prior to your visit go to the salon and briefly meet the nail tech and ask questions about safety and sanitation. They should have all implements kept in a proper sanitation solution. Clean equipment should be kept separate from used equipment and should not just taken out of a drawer. Ask if you can supply your own equipment if they do not have disposable single use equipment. Observe how they clean the pedicure chairs between uses. It should not be just a wipe out with a spray. The disinfectant must be run through the jet system.

I have been watching Inside Brookhaven a lot lately. I am obviously not big enough to go to a place like that, but i would like to prevent that from happening. I was doing really well at staying at a comfortable weight until my mom died a year and a half ago. When she died I lost control of my eating. I need some help to get back on track. My husband wants to help me but I don't know how to tell him how to help me because I don't know how to help myself.
