PINE - A spa products company is using its booming business to fill a need some say is overlooked.
Heidi Leist started Lemongrass Spa products out of her basement several years ago. The company makes lotions, scrubs, and other all-natural, homemade beauty products out of a small warehouse in Jefferson County.
Four years ago, one of Leist's sales representatives from Iowa had a female friend deployed to Iraq and she bundled some of the spa goodies with a nice note thanking her friend for her service.
When Leist heard of the idea, and the fact that many women do not receive care packages, it inspired a bigger idea.
"I was so inspired by the story. Citizens do great with care packages but sometimes the female soldiers get forgotten and it only makes sense to send them something just for women," Leist said.
She started small, getting names from clients and sales reps of women serving overseas and soon, the few bottles of lotion, scrub and hydrating cream turned into a mission.

I have this new foot spa that i have used twice and already the bubbles do not work . Any idea on what i canuse to maybe unclog it i used some fizzies in it which is tha same stuff the spas use. i also wash and dry it but i don't see anything wrong with it .

What affect does the ion cleansing foot spa have on breast feeding?
My Dad recently purchased an ion cleansing foot spa and told me to give it a go. So I did.
I was amazed by what this machine did and went on-line to read more about it and found that you should not use it if you're breast feeding, which I am. But I can't find any material that explains why you shouldn't or what the contraindications are.

Epson salt is supposed to be good for tired feet, but I have never tried it. Any salt would tend to draw water out of your feet.
