A marketing plan drawn up by a consulting services company, commissioned by the Valletta council comes up with the rather unsurprising conclusion that the city needs “rejuvenation and refurbishment”. This conclusion drew hoots of laughter from the regulars at my favourite Valletta café – the ones who have witnessed the decline of the city fist-hand and don’t need fancy marketing plans to tell them why people are staying away.
There were howls of derision when they read the report about Valletta’s woes being turned around by having its image spruced up – and that ultimate panacea – having a new logo. The healing power of the new logo has been unleashed, or is about to be unleashed, and people will flock to Valletta. Or so the marketing people would like us to believe.
Unfortunately we’ve been down this branding route before, and rather than delivering the marketing miracle which was expected, we realised that we had shelled out a lot of money for practically no return. Does anybody remember the Brand Malta fiasco? The first stage of that particular exercise in futility was internal branding where Maltese citizens and service providers were to be able to ‘own’ and subsequently transmit the country’s brand promise or values, to visitors.

Do you have any info on a mud wrap or hot stone massage?
This may be a stupid question, but I was wondering if you have to be completely naked for a mud wrap or body polish, and what exactly is involved? Also, what does a hot stone massage involve, and is it worth it? Thank you for any information you can give me.
It depends on the spa as to whether your naked for the mud wrap, at my spa you are naked but draped with a towel, covered in mud then wrapped in a sheet and heat wrap. A hot stone massage is the same as a regular massage the only difference is that some of the strokes will be done while the therapist holds the stones in their hands, it does not hurt, you should not get burned, the therapist will be holding the stone the whole time so if your getting burned so would she! the stones should never be under your body while hot as this could result in a burn, so you should make sure your therapist is trained in hot stone therapy, its actually very relaxing!

It's fine. Harmless.
However, the info you were given is BS. You will not "get rid of toxins" with a mud bath. That is hippy-dippy nonsense and there is ZERO evidence that any so-called "toxins" are removed by this, despite the claims of the spa owners and the people who swallow that pitch. (They're just trying to sell something, they don't have to prove it.)

for a face mask you can use avocodos and mint leave together. for a foot soak i would use something with herbs and peppermint. I haven't tried the foot soak, but that's my suggestion.
I am wrapping my headers and am wondering if I can use header paint to seal the wrap instead of silicone Spay?
I found a video clip that recommended a silicone type header wrap spray to keep the wrap from becoming water logged and holding water directly on the header increasing chances of rusting when inclement weather hits or in case I go Mud Bogging in my truck. And then I got to thinking why wouldn't high temp header paint work in its stead? Anyone know if this would work out ok?
Look it sounds to me your trying to prevent your header from rusting. That almost impossible. The best way to go is with ceramic coated or stainless steel . Even paint brake down over a period of time. As well silicone has its braking point to but you say you may go mud bogging .
Rap is usually for heat prevention because heaters produce allot of heat that cause the car or cab to get hot. If this is the case your are using this for then I would go with what the product recommends. Paint my headers first thoroughly with a High Temp Paint. Then use that rap and silicone spray.
