Video shows Pittsfield Township man confessing to killing Dawn Fital AnnArbor.com

On a videotaped interview presented in court as evidence on Friday, Noack said he choked Fital to death on June 13 in the bed of their Arbor Knoll apartment in Pittsfield Township .

Noack said the argument stemmed from feeling disrespected by Fital in their relationship, just a few weeks after she had called him from Las Vegas — where she was at a pool tournament — and broke up with him.

Although the couple reconciled in early June, Noack told police he snapped after Fital refused sexual contact on June 13. He told police he climbed on top of Fital, wrapped duct tape around her face and mouth, in a manner that was described as a type of gag, and choked her until she was dead.

Noack told police he decided he would flee and go to California, where he said he had family. As he drove southwest toward the Indiana border, Noack told police he had thought about the alleged murder.

“I was mad at the world. I was mad at everyone who ever done me wrong,” he said on the video. “I was thinking there were a few people I should’ve done this to because it was pretty easy.”

where is there a swimming pool accessory supplier in the izmir / kusadasi area for winter covers?

I need a made to measure winter pool cover because where I live is high in the mountains and when the wind comes in mid october the leaves quickly get into the pool. My pool is approximately 5m x 10m a 2msq on the end where the steps go down into the pool.

Koctas in Balcova may do some.

Inground Swimming Pool Accessories and Options?

Hi, I'm researching having an inground swimming pool installed in my yard. I am curious what options and accessories I can get (and hopefully the general price of those). Such as the different pumps, vacuums, etc. And rocks, waterfalls, slides, etc? Different types of concrete? Lights? I want to hear it all! Where can I learn more please?

I think you need to decide what type (gunite, vinyl, fibreglass) of pool you're putting in before you further explore your options. Whilst some equipment and accessories options are common to all types, not all are. The way you're asking this question is far too broad to answer. I'm a pool guy, but this would take half a day in person to describe all the ways you can go. :)
Redefine your question a bit and I can help.

Edit: As usual, David D is at his site spamming again. It's a pay per click site. He profits from it.

There are masses of different options and accessories, the best way to find something to your taste (not mine!!) is to do a web search for supply outlets in your area.
Oh, and enjoy finding something extra special :D

My suggestion would be to go to "Goggle" and do some searching. There are "numerous" websites that you can get a ton of information from. Let your fingers do the walking!!!!

I found lots of good information here.

Training fins (flippers) not allowed in swimming pool. Does pool management has the right to do this?

I own a pair of very short swimming fins designed by a top world class manufacturer exclusively for swimming pool training. However I was banned from using them in a London pool. It is definetely a swimming pool accessory and NOT scuba or open sea water long flippers. My fins have rounded rubber padded ends for safety protection.

In the same pool there is a SCUBA course where they use fins. It seems that management is discriminating fin use according to customer return and they are more lax with safety rules, if they make additional money. They make the same amount of money, if I use fins or not. If I became a scuba trainee, they will make more money from me and allow me to wear fins, actually sea fins!

I need to use the fins to rehabilitate from an orthopedic condition, so I will appreciate any serious replies. Thanks

That is outreagous!! It can't be 1 rule for you and 1 rule for other people. In my opinion the management do not have the right to do that, like you said they are still making money from you. Did you mention to them about your orthpedic condition? If you did and they still won't budge...i would use another swimming pool.

The owner of the pool has the right to regulate the use of items in the pool because it is a private property unless the prohibition is against the law.

They can do it, because they can run their business any way they want.

If you are sharing the lanes with other users who don't use fins it may be uncomfortable for them if you use fins. You go much faster and fins still look unsafe to collide with.

One thing is sharing the pool with scuba/fin users, but sharing the lane is completely different.

If they let 1 person with 1 thing, they'd have to let everyone do it & all their other swim things like floatsy & masks & under water propeller thingys & evrything. They have to draw the line somewhere & none is better then trying to debat what can & can't be allowed.

As the manager of the largest fitness center and Olympic pool complex in Las Vegas, I find it outrageous that the swimming pool staff are so naive to understand your needs and situation. Are they allowed in my pool.....yes for a 4 hour period where orthopedic, elderly and aqua aerobics is being conducted.

It sounds a little discriminating, and I would follow up on it:

1. Letter from doctor stating your orthopedic condition and the benefits of the fins and swimming.

2. Copy of this letter and a written statement from the manager of the swimming pool sent to the Mayor, politician, human rights person in London, and send a copy to Mr. Blair.

Unfair and discriminating.

There has to be a swimming pool with posted hours for people in your situation. Fight for your rights!

.but the scuba is in a closed session with only other scuba people........ you want to swim in an open session and could cause damage to others... therefore incurring insurance issues and safety issues....join a private health club that will allow you to use them instead of a cheap public pool. the facilities are for the masses not the few .

Yes
It relates to health and safety and they do not intend to get into arguments, it is easier to ban them all from their point of view

Maybe if you got a note from your GP and presented it to the manager of the pool they would relent.

it all depends on the size of the pool and how many people are in the pool. Its all down to the health and safety.

yes they do have the right under public saftey
the scuba diving is a club which hires the pool for that purpose and there is no public in the pool it is the same with swimming clubs they also hire the pool and use flippers
both these clubs have to take out insurance for all the personal on and in the pool

Yes they can do this. They have absolute discretion as they own/lease the property and are responsible for every visitor.

When the scuba club meet there they have fully qualified instructors who are responsible for the member's safety. This is why they are permitted to use this equipment.

Yes they can make this stipulation. However, you might politely check with them about arranging a time when you could use the fins. If you antagonize them with belligerant behaviior you will get no where. They may even refuse you entry at all. Talk to them, tell them exactly what your requirements are and the reason for them. You might even have your doctor contact them to explain why you need to use the fins. The pool in our area allows fins only at certain times and only by adults in designated lanes. You might have to pay extra to come in earlier or later than their regular hours.

They have the right to set any rules they want for use of the facility. However, if they allowed some people to do it, and not others, that would be discrimination and you might have a claim against them.

I suggest you save up and open your own pool. Then you can set the rules.

There is a problem with 'flippers' in a public pool in that someone might get hurt. Its just another health and safety issue. The nanny state treating us all like children.

It was the case, even in my misbegotten childhood and youth of the 1940s and 50s that NO FLIPPERS IS ALLOWED IN THIS HERE POOL - OKAY!

Where can I find pool blue wedding accessories online?

I am getting married on March 22, which is not far away at all! I would like to find a reputable place online with cute accessories/decorations for an affordable price. The wedding colors consist of the following: pool blue, black, silver, and white. I would love to find some durable pool blue supplies for the wedding, I.E. serving plates, vases, etc.

Here are some websites I found:

* http://www.bluerainbowdesign.com/
* http://www.save-on-crafts.com/bridalveilshop.html

Wal-mart (i kno they have black/white stuff..find this in the stores than online), Card Factory Outlet, ACMoore, Michaels, i think target has some wedding stuff maybe??, Davids bridal (online), or a bridal magazine. The Knot is pretty popular its online...

http://weddingshop.theknot.com/weddingwarehouse/homepage.aspx

try Ikea.com they are not in the wedding industry at all, but they have very modern furniture and dishes in great trendy colors. here is an example from their website of something they carry. I think you would consider the vase on the right to be pool color. http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/50094586

Cost plus, Micheals, Davids Bridal.

1st of all, Congrats!! I'm tying the knot in May, & i'm using "david's bridal" famous Pool color, I've been browzing the net all day looking for answers, b.cus i need pool color ribbon. My colors are Pool, Honeydew, and silver.
But to the answer of your question; everyone said "tiffanys blue" is like the same color as "david bridal pool"
...hope it helps!!

When at the water park or pool, what kind of accessories / foot jewelry do you wear when you go barefoot?

Do you like to wear anklets, toe rings, barefoot sandals, slave bracelets?

I see a lot of younger girls and guys wearing these at the water park and pool in the summer. I wear a hemp anklet myself. Anyone else like dressing up their bare feet?
Also, if you have a tattoo on your anklet, what is it of? These look really cool too!

I like ankle bracelets and toe rings, but I love my tattoo on my ankle.

I love wearing an ankle bracelet and a toe ring. I get pedicures of course. I love summer.

Personally, I think toe rings are tacky on anyone older than 18, and anklets kind of bug me, so I'll just go au naturale. If I'm on vacation or something, I might put a temporary tattoo on my ankle just for funsies, but that's it.

None, because i don't want to lose them in the water!

I don't wear anything. I think foot jewlery is really dumb.

Nothing in the pool, would be afraid to lose it in the water.

Usually I am barefoot if I am at a such facility.

What is the roll of blue heavy plastic for that came with my above ground pool?

I just had the pool installed and in the accessory box was the vaccuum, skimmer net, thermometer, and a roll of heavy plastic that is approximately 4 inches wide. What is this for?
It is a flat roll of heavy blue plastic that is approx. 4 inches wide and 20-30 feet long.

that is actually a drain hose it's not a sheet. you use that to drain your pool, or to back wash the filter so water doesn't go flying everywhere.

It's to keep anything unsanitary out of it.

well i would say that the heavy plastic is a cover for the pool so that leaves and what not... but since its 4 inches wide........

That would probably be to go under the pool. Cut it in strips. If you have extra, criss cross that on top.

No sense in getting the pool itself all scratched up on the grass and dirt, right?

i agree with Pooh, we have had a pool for many years and depending on the size of your drain off your filter, it does sound like your drain hose, for draining and backwashing your filter and such

I am guessing that it actually opens up at the ends and is the filter hose. My parents have had a pool for about 17 years and that is exactly what it sounds like. You would use it when you are back washing the pool to clean out the filter when the pressure starts to drop. Read the pool manual.

you lay it under the pool to help keep stuff from putting a hole in it and there is some kinds of grass that will grow up in to your line re

How often should I scuff my pool cue tip? Every time I play or ?

I got a new pool cue and all the accessories for Christmas. In the kit is a graphite "scuffer". I know I should use it but, I don't know how often. Thanks.

You should only use your scuffer when it is needed.
The scuffer roughs up the tip of the cue to allow chalk to stick to it. It also shapes the end of the cue to allow for better contact with the ball.
It should be round to allow for a proper strike.
If you notice that the chalk is not sticking, use your scuffer.
Be careful though. The tip of the cue should be leather. It is easy to take off too much. One or two scuffs should do the trick.
Remember, you can always scuff the tip again, you can never replace what has been scuffed off.

How much maintenance and expense is required for an above-ground pool?

My husband and I have decided to get an Easy Set-up Swmming pool for those hot summer days. Neither one of us have ever had a pool before, so we are not sure what is needed for the maintenance and upkeep of the pool. We also can't afford to go into a whole lot expense.

My question is, what all is needed for the maintenace of the pool and how much does it cost on a monthly basis?

Also, does the pool require to be continualy filled with water?

I have included the link to the pool we are considering buying:

http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=3651447#Accessories+to+Buy

Thanks in advance for your answers and suggestions!

I have this exact same pool. The up keep is cheap. The filters do not cost very much at all. You just need to replace the filter as needed (when it is no longer white) the time will vary depending on how much dirt flies into your pool. You will need to get yourself a cheep water testing kit and the basic pool chemicals. you can find all of that at walmart also. All of the products have instructions for use printed right on them, so it's easy. You do not need to continually replace the water. The pool is really easy to keep up with. A word of advice keep the pool cover that comes with it on while you are not using it. I hope this helps.
