Mystery Vacations in Paradise at 80% Off From PacificIslands.com San Francisco Chronicle (press release)

Sixteen incredible complete vacation-for-two packages, each valued over $5,000, will be sold for just $1,000 each... but there's a twist.

(PRWEB) November 10, 2011

For those who think that a $5,000 vacation for just $1,000 is an attractive deal, and have a taste for mystery, PacificIslands.com and ISLANDS Magazine have an exciting proposition for you. Sixteen incredible complete vacation-for-two packages, each valued over $5,000, will be sold for just $1,000 each... but there's a twist.

"The Mystery Sale is a kind of cross between a race and a guessing game," explains PacificIslands.com President Jean-Patrick Mouflard. "To participate in the Mystery Sale, adventurous travelers just need to register at www.islands.com/mysterysale . Then the fun starts. Two days prior to the sale date, every registered participant will receive an email containing a phone number, and telling them when they need to call. At the appointed time, the first four callers will be able to purchase a $5,000 vacation-for-two for only $1,000. But there's a catch... They can choose their travel date, but they won't know where they're going until two weeks before travel. They can view all 16 packages on the website and have a lot of fun guessing which one they got. That's a very pleasant kind of mystery."

What is the best way to find a spa or salon for sale without ebay or other things?

I keep going to all these sites that direct me to ebay or buildings in Oregon, Chili and somewhere really far.I am looking to rent a commercial building

well, generally they lease commercial buildings (defined period with contract) not rent, and your local realtor can help you with this since lots of major realty companies list these "commercial lease buildings".

if you were looking to buy an ongoing business, such as a spa or beauty salon, then your best bet is to start in the major newspaper's classifieds "businesses for sale" section. There are also a few firms that specialize in buying and selling of businesses only, but i don't know where you are, nor can i recall any names at the moment. try searching for " sell your business" on the net, maybe you'll get some compnanies that specialize in that. good luck!

I open a beauty &spa salon since march my sale is now going down how i need to do it better?

do an ything you can do to attract the customers. for an example, decrease the prices. Another thing you should do is finding out the reasons why your your sale is going down. Is it the staff, or the prices or customers don't like the salon?

Holiday open house with discounted services ie 10% off.You could promote the open house as a great time to buy gift certificates for Christmas for those hard to buy for people.

How do you unlatch the latches keeping the cover on a CalSpa spa?

I know...this sounds like a really dumb question...I got a used spa (excellent, barely used condition!) from a garage sale and cannot figure out how to unlatch the plastic latches holding the spa cover down. They seem like they should just squeeze and unlatch, but they won't.

I've tried looking for instruction manuals showing how to unlatch the cover, but no luck.

If anyone can tell me how to unhook the latches, or can find an operating manual for a 2003 Balboa Fiesta CalSpa, I qould be VERY appreciative.

Thanks!
Thanks Jim!! There just so happened to be a little black plastic "key" in the bag of miscellaneous parts. The cover latch came off with no problems!!! Yay :)

Now all i need is an operating manual found online somewhere.

Some latches lock, and you need a key to open them. Great for keeping the kids out the spa. You may need to lube them with some soapy water or just cut them off

Around what price would a high end spa start at?

Around what price would a high end spa pay for the front desk?? Any ideas?
*If you have experience in sales as well. Since this spa will be selling memberships and products.

How do I use a facial spa?

I got this at a yard sale , new, but no instructions. It's a Conair Spa with auto shutoff and timer. I would like to know how to use it.
Thank you

there's all different types of facial spa's, but the one's that are more common all you have to do is put hot water in them and put your face over it, the steam on your face will get rid of blackheads.e.t.c.

Very sneaky...advertising and asking a question at the same time.

Advertising is funny. But the best marketers will tell you that word of mouth is #1.The next thing is to put your business where the action is TV a great way ,its expensive but great. Also try my space amazon,eBay use yahoo and even free websites. You can pay websites to flash your ad.Try news papers and colleges. If you want to be successful you have to be productive. Advertising can be expensive but try promotions that's effective. Here is some advice, target your audience, have a great pitch ,let people hear and see your product and slogan at least 7 times. That means radio,TV,flyer's and yes the Internet.Good luck to you.And try contract deals with Realtors and home builders.

How do I get people to accept my offers of free make-overs and in home spa treatments. What can I say to work

I'm having problems getting people to sit down with me, but once they do, I have no problems making sales. I need ideas as to how to get people to spend 1/2 an hour with me one-on-one or in groups. Since Beauticontrol is relatively new and unheard of, I can't seem to get people to want to find out more.

I need interesting ways to entice people to book make-overs with me or Spa parties. My webpage is beautipage.com/sacevedo for those they need to know more about what I'm selling.

What do you think of Bath & Body Works True Blue Spa? Good Product or Sucks? Specifically the stuff for feet

I just got the True Blue Spa Stuff for Feet From Bath & Body Works. I got it on sale, I’m just wondering if you have used anything for the feet. The “Cracked Heel” Stuff in particular and if so if it really works.

I actually prefer the true blue spa products in bath and body. I work there and took advantage of the tbs sale. The products are a lot better in quality than the signature collection.

What products should you use in a whirlpool / spa bath?

When I use even the smallest amount of foam bath I end up with bubbles almost up to the roof! I've heard there are some special low-foam products but I've never seen them for sale. Also, is there some special stuff you have to use to stop water going stagnant in the pipes?

I have never heard of a low foam product, if you read the booklet that came with it, it should tell you to not use anything that foams in it because that can get stuck in the jets and cause some problems down the line. I'm not sure what size tub you are talking about but if it is one that you empty each time you use it, like one in the bathroom, the water in the lines [the jets] should evaporate. Make sure that you do run a cleaning solution through it once or twice a year to keep anything from growing in it [mold most of the time].
