The spa menu is categorised into Monsieur and Madamme treatments and packages that address the differing male and female traits.
Both sexes can simply pick blood-type body treatments, using Immunetra products developed by a Thai dermatologist, who believes that physiological features and personality are related to a person's blood type.
The Immunetra body scrubs, wraps and massage oils all contain finely-ground tourmaline as a skincare ingredient but differ in aromatic essential oils used to boost the well-being of each blood type.
Characterised as the Hunter, the O group have an affinity with peppermint, rosemary and lavender whereas the Cultivator or group A prefer bergamot, lime and grapefruit; and The Nomad or group B, green tea and eucalyptus.
"The blood-type spa treatments are based on the common nature of each group. For example, people with blood type O are goal-oriented and competitive, so they tend to be stressed out and need treatments with calming spa products and massage techniques," said the hotel's lifestyle manager, Napussanun Lobunchongsook. "The consultation also asks about their current concerns and we further customise the treatments to focus on certain part of the body to help alleviate the problem."
STEAM SHOWER ROOM WHIRLPOOL HOT TUBS SPA SAUNA BATH

How does a steam room, spa or hot tub help fitness?
My gym has a steam room, spa and a hot tub....what advantages do these have to helping fitness? Every club seems to have them.
It helps you relax and loosen any tense muscles. All sweating does is make you lose water weight. So fitness-wise, relaxation is its only benefit.
with one exception, the steam room can keep your heartrate up after an exercise (like a long run) even longer to help burn a few more calories.
The idea that these help lose weight is riddiculous, all they do is make you sweat and you lose the water weight which you get right back.
which way round should you use a swimming pool sauna, steam room and spa bath?
i work in a leisure facility and have been asked which way people should use them for the best
What an interesting question.
i would personally swim first. then the sauna to remove the chlorine from the skin. then the steam from to cleanse the skin and feel fresher. then the spa bath for a final cleansing treat. xxx
Can I be totally nude at the spa resort when using the steam room, sauna, and whirlpool?
I'm spa-ing for the first time and need to know if it's cool to be totally nude when using the facilities at the resort spa. I feel weird asking the spa attendants, and simply wanted to know. I'm comfortable with my body and look great, but what's standard procedure.
When in Rome... =^)
Just look around and see what everybody else is doing.
Would you have sex in the private rooms in a Spa?
I meant the establishments (Spa/Sauna/Steam) which provide private rooms for men to go and have fun ... knowing that countless other people have made use of the same facilities before you? My phobia is that one never knows what might be lurking on the bed ... at the very least there's danger of catching crabs. What do you think?
No I wouldn't for the exact rason you say.
I would do it in a car
I would do it on a plane
I would do it on a train
I would do it here and there
I would do it anywhere
I would do it where I can
cos I love it Mat O man
Apologies to Dr Zeus
hahaha love to have sex in weird places :D
Why? BECAUSE I LOVE IT!
can a flat screen tv be used in a spa room with steam?
I wouldn't do that, unless you have something to pull the steam into the ventilation. Otherwise, it is expensive to take such a risk. With steam, you probably can't watch the TV that well anyway.
but you can get a waterproof flat screen
have a look at the link below but you can search on Google
Do you usually use day spa amenities (steam room, sauna, showers) before or after the treatment (facial/wrap)?
Steam room/sauna/whirlpool first, especially if I'm getting a massage (the heat helps to make muscle tissue more pliable and thus easier to work on).. If I'm getting a wrap I might shower off after. Otherwise the oils used in a massage, and the products applied after a wrap are good for the skin or help further the effects of the treatment. If you shower/steam/etc after a facial you're removing the moisturizers and other products that have been applied.
What do u wear in steam rooms?
What do you wear in steam rooms, like the kind of steam rooms they have at gyms and spas. Do you wear a towel? is it provided? Do you wear anything underneath it?
[edit] they have towels there, don't worry. =)
its AMAzINg!!!
and if your afraid of how small you are then you can wear underwear
Sauna Spa and steam room..?
....I go in these often, does anyone know the benefits??
Good for cleansing your body internally and externally, muscle relaxant, hydrotherapy-type benefits in some people. Me, I love them, but don't go that often. Reminds me of sweat lodge.
I am being treated for fingernail fungus and am wondering if I should still go into the steam room at the spa.?
I am taking lamisil and tea tree oil, as well, trying to hit it from all angles. As the condition is encouraged by dampness and heat, I'm wondering if going into the steam room is something I should avoid for a while. Also, is there any reason, as I have the time, that I shouldn't soak in Listerine, vinegar, etc. and/or tea tree/lavender oil as well. In other words, is there any problem with throwing the whole arsenal of home remedies at the fungus, as well as the Lamisil? Thanks.
I would aviod this since fungus is contagious. Also it tends to irritate the fungus when you have it near heat or hot water. Let it clear up frist.
male or female! has anyone ever played with themselves in a steam room or hot tub at a spa or health club. ex
man u r nasty
