Kendall Jenner Strips Down to Skimpy Swimsuit in New Ad Campaign AceShowbiz
Kendall Jenner is flaunting her teen body in new ad campaign for an Australian swimwear brand. Being tapped as the face of White Sands, the half-sister of reality star Kim Kardashian strips down to a deep cut maillot and a floral bikini to model its spring/summer 2012 collection.
On why the company chose the 15-year-old, designer Leah Madden explained, "The collection has both an ethereal and strong side and we wanted a model that could capture both." She added, "As we were casting for the campaign we came across Kendall's portfolio and loved her softness and strength. She actually made it to the top of our list before we knew her background!"
Kendall herself signed with Wilhelmina Models at the age of 13, and made her runway debut at New York Fashion Week in September. She shot the ads in Los Angeles back in July, while her sister Kim shared a behind-the-scenes picture from the photo shoot in early August. Along with the photo, Kim gushed, "How stunning does she look!?!?

swimsuit............?
I really cant face wearing a bikini on holiday
so I was thinking a swimsuit.
Not a geeky swimsuit. But a strapless one or one with no back.
Something a bit glamorous.
Do you think it would look okay? Or are swimsuits not a good look for a 16 year old fashion obsessed girl!?
delias has cute ones and so does hollister

What is a good swimsuit online for a plus size figure with a large cup size?
Since a lot of stores online are going on sale a lot and I need a new swimsuit desperately. I was wondering if anyone knew of a good one that had about 20 size swimsuits with a DD cup, the cup always seems to be my biggest problem. It would also be nice if there were swimdresses as well (swimsuits with the little skirts attached to them). Thanks so much!! Any previous experience would help.
Try Roamans.com, they have a really nice selection of figure flattering clothing for full figured women. Or you can try OneStopPlus.com. This will forward you to many retailers for full figured clothing chains.
I buy most of my clothing from these two on line stores. It is easy to navigate these websites and totally safe.
Good luck--hope you find something flattering!

The AlwaysForMe lingerie style swimdress and the Carol Wior Twist Front swimdress are my favorites. Both styles come in multiple colors, if you click on the color tab above the description - you can check them out.

Carol Wior styles are very full cut, have a floating underwire (feels like you are wearing a bra) and some serious control for the stomach area.
Good Luck :)

Where to buy a good swimsuit for elder women?
My grandma needs to swim about 3-4 times a week to help her arm. She has had many swimsuits but they didn't actually fit her age. Plus they wore out really quickly because of chlorine. Is there an online place or someplace that sells swimsuit styles for older woman ( and ones that can last longer in chlorine ). Thanks!
Look for Speedo "Endurance" suits with the "conservative" leg cuts. "Endurance" is a fabric that doesn't wear out due to chlorine. Finis brand may make a few suits in a similar fabric for less money, but not in any conservative styles that I know of.
hope this helps

What sort of swimsuit should I wear for a fitness swimming class?
I am taking a fitness swimming class at my high school next semester. I talked to some of the other guys taking the class, and none of us are quite sure what type of swimsuit to wear. Would it be better to wear trunks, a jammer, or a speedo?
FYI, I'm a guy and the class is for fitness, not for learning how to swim.
Trunks make it a lot harder to do anything, not to mention they fall off easily.
I'd go with a jammer. Speedos can make people uncomfortable if they're not used to them.
I would say either trunks or jammers depending on how advanced h class is. If you're going to be swimming a lot of laps with all different strokes, and trying to go fast, then jammers are the best.
If you're just working on perfecting your strokes, and not so much on speed, then trunks will do fine.
If you have no idea what the class is going to be like, wear trunks the first day, and then decide if they work or not.
however, and no offense meant, it may depend on your size.
What is the best swimsuit for a size 10 with a short waist?
I have not been in swimsuit since I started gaining weight three years ago. I wear a B+ cup and have no hips but I make up for it with butt and my pouch. Next month I go on vacation and I cannot find a suit that looks good on me at all. I would like to get some sun but not look fat while on the beach. I would prefer a two piece if it doesnt accent my stomach. Any ideas?
Short-waisted
To give the illusion of a longer torso, look for a suit with a high neckline or one with a belt at the hips. A bikini with a low waist will also help
Dealing with a short torso. A short trunk may make your legs look longer, but it can also mean that bathing suits have a tendency to bunch up or sag when they're wet. If that's the case, you may want to try petite sizes or two-piece styles. You can create the illusion of a longer torso by wearing a suit with thin vertical stripes down the sides.
A solid, one-piece bathing suit with a plunging neckline creates a continual, long appearance and is absolutely, drop dead sexy to boot!
Avoid boy shorts and skirted bikinis as they draw the eye downward and can make you look shorter.
**This one is cute and it is a two piece. The gathered, deep V bust and the gathered waist will help lengthen the waist while covering the middle!:

Finding the Perfect Swimsuit
Large Bust: If you have a large bust, the most important thing is to get proper support, says Feldon. Avoid flimsy materials like cotton and look for suits made out of the more forgiving Lycra. Many bathing suits come equipped with underwire bras and molded cups for a better, more supportive fit. Trying to minimize a large bust? Feldon suggests using color-blocking to your advantage by finding a top that's darker than the bottom. She also recommends wearing dark, solid colors and sticking with suits that have higher armholes since they provide more coverage and won't let you "spill out" of your suit. Also, try on bathing suits meant for long torsos. Your bustline can use the extra fabric meant for a longer midriff.
Small Bust: Thanks to the bust-enhancing features in many of today's bathing suits, it's easy for smaller-busted women who want more cleavage to get it. Look for push-up underwire styles that build up the bosom you have and avoid ones with large foam cookies or removable inserts: "They stay wet after the rest of the suit has dried and don't look very natural," warns Feldon. And color-blocking can work for small-busted women, but reverse the strategy used for large-busted women: Go with a darker-colored bottom and a lighter-colored top.
Bottom Heavy: If you're got a bottom that you want to camouflage, find a suit that offers full rear coverage. But that doesn't mean a scuba suit. In fact, one of the biggest mistakes you can make is getting a suit that sits too low on the sides of your legs. These suits tend to look old-fashioned, like something out of an Esther Williams movie, while a higher-cut one can be more flattering. "If a suit is slightly higher on the sides, it elongates the leg, making it look more slender," says Feldon. And if you're significantly larger on the bottom than you are on top, shop for bikinis and tankini separates so you can mix and match different sizes. Just make sure the top and the bottom are in proportion -- wearing a skimpy top with a big, high-waisted bottom just won't look good.
A Full Tummy: No matter how many Abs of Steel tapes we work out to, most of us will never achieve washboard abs. So, if you can't make your tummy disappear, conceal it with a suit containing a high Lycra content. One with 10 to 15 percent Lycra is a good bet. Also, a draped or gathered fabric can work wonders, as can fabric with some texture. Just avoid shiny materials -- they magnify a multitude of sins.
Boyish Figure: According to Feldon, few things are off-limits for women with boyish figures -- they can wear just about anything they want. String bikinis are a great choice for lean, slender bodies because they're so feminine-looking. But watch out for suits that have little short-style bottoms, sometimes called "boy shorts." They can create what Feldon calls "the sausage effect" and make a leg look shorter than it really is. "Every iota of excess flesh is squeezed down and pops out right where the suit leg ends," she says. "They're deadly!"
Long- or Short-Waisted: Long- and short-waisted women can share a similar solution -- tankinis. These tank-style two-pieces are great for fitting a long or short middle -- and you don't need a waiflike figure to wear one. Plus, like regular bikinis, they come in a number of different styles, so you can be as covered up or as bare as you want to be.
If you have wide hips or thighs: High-cut pants elongate legs; skirted bottoms hide problem areas. Boy shorts seem like they'd help, but they don't.
If you have a big chest: A halter top with a band of fabric under the bust gives support while de-emphasizing breasts.
If you have a small chest: Try a one- or two-piece suit with an underwire bra and foam padding.
If you have a tummy: Go for a high-cut one-piece with a halter top to draw attention upward. Shirring can also give you more of an hourglass shape.
If you have a short torso: Make it look longer with a scoop or V-neck top. And consider a tankini that shows a little of your middle.
If you have a long torso: A two-piece tankini will break up the line visually and will fit better.
they are stylish and when u tan or lay out all you do is lift up your tankini and your gut automatically get sun on ur gut!
I wear them too!
it is considered a 2 piece but they are way more comfortable!

What is the best swimsuit type for someone with large thighs?
I have large thighs and can never find a swimsuit to make them look smaller. Any ideas?
For women (considering your nickname of Linda) there aren't too many options but you do have some.
There're some 1 piece swim suits that come down to just above your knees and the cover up all of your upperbody and about 90% of your thighs. These suits are usually skin-tight like UnderArmour and if you find a suit that's just right for you you can look skinnier while staying comfortable.
As for 2 piece suits I'm really not sure what to say. Get a suit that's a little tight but not too tight to kind of shrink up your upper thighs a bit. Unfortunitely though there's no 2 piece suits that I know of that'll come down to just above your knees.
Lastly you can also wear a bright top for a 2 piece while wearing a darker color for the bottoms. It all has to do with eye perception and how people's eyes and sight are drawn to you.
Check out Land's End.com....they have really cute suits and a chart to help find what flatters your body type the best! Good luck!
Try something like this
For a Bottom.... http://www.gap.com/browse/product.do?cid=12875&pid=279954
For a Top...... http://www.gap.com/browse/product.do?cid=12875&pid=469219
good luck
If you opt for a one piece, you can use the same concept or take advantage of the swim-skirt or shorts. Do not get a two-piece with the cute boy shorts as a bottom though, this will make your butt look big and draw attention to your thighs.
What is the best type swimsuit for a skinny women?
I am a mature woman going on a cruise to the caribbean. I need suggestions on what type of swimsuit to wear for a thin person with skinny legs.
wear a normal swimsuit...only jus not shapy.that will do good
What type of swimsuit is good for a chubby guy?
I am going to Sydney in February and will be at the beach/pool and was wondering what is a good swimsuit style for a chubby guy? I have skinny arms, nice legs but a tummy and I was thinking of doing boardshorts or a standard swimsuit. I won't do a speedo-don't worry!! Are board shorts good for swimming, snorkeling? Thanks for any help anyone could provide.
Wear board shorts, but also wear a board shirt if you can find one. They do wonders to make you look less fat and more in shape. If you are like 3 or 4 x then don't worry about it, but if you are like xl or close than it should help!
How do I change into a swimsuit without others seeing my privates?
I am a guy, and I want to know how I can change into a swimsuit in a changing room [with other people in it] without people seeing my privates...
then keep your towel around u and just pull on the swimsuit and once thats on take off the towel and you will see that the swim suit is on and no one will see ur privates.
How tight should a swimsuit be? Should it crease at the chest when I pull my arms together for breaststroke?
For a women's swimsuit, are there supposed to be bra or any kind of support in it? Are your nipples supposed to show when you are cold when you have a swimsuit that fits?
